A. For check all you need to do is leave your key cards on the desk and lock the door upon departure. The check-out time is 11 am.
Q. I want a late check out. Is it possible?
A. Sorry, it is not possible. Because the hotel cleaning staff are only on duty in the morning so you will need to extend your stay an extra night by booking online.

Q. Where can I Put my garbage if my bin becomes full?
A. You can leave your full garbage bag outside your room door before 11 am. The cleaning staff will collect it in the morning.
New garbage bags are located at the bottom of the bins.
Q. I would like a fresh bed sheet and towels or amenities, how can I request them?
A. Send us a message on the booking app or email to request room services. The housekeeping staff will be on duty in the morning to fulfil your request.
Q. Can I keep the key card with me when I go out?
A. Yes, take your key card with you when you leave the hotel.

Q. Where can I store my luggage after I check out?
A. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any luggage storage facilities. There are lockers available at the prefecture monorail station (Kencho Mae station)
Q Where can I park my car?
A. There are many options for paid parking around the hotel. Unfortunately we can not recommend any car park in particular.
